The Dutch Empire (Dutch: Het Nederlandse Rijk) is one of the largest and most developed countries in the world.
In terms of the form of the State, the Dutch Empire is a colonial empire in the form of an imperial federation consisting of a metropole and colonies classified into dominions and provinces.
The head of state is the Emperor of the Dutch Empire. The current reigning Emperor is Willem XVI of Orange (since 1966).

Biography
editNicholas Lewis Livingston was born on December 26, 1981 in the family estate of Livingston Hall in the suburb of Eastbourne, Sussex County, England, United Kingdom, British Empire.
Nicholas is a representative of one of the oldest English noble families – the Livingston county family, known since the reign of King Henry II Plantagenet.
