1 cup rolled oats 1 cup apple, shredded 1/2 cup carrot, shredded 1/4 cup molasses 3/4 wheat flour 1/4 cup apple juice, extra 1/4 if the batter is too dry
Directions: Heat oven to 350 degree's fahrenheit . Line a pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl mix together oats, apples, carrots, and molasses. Once mixed add in 1/4 cup apple juice and 3/4 cup flour. Mix ingredients until well combined . If batter still has a lot of dry flour mix in another 1/4 cup of apple juice in small quantities until a smooth dough forms. roll out to your desired thickness ( depends on goats mouth size) and cut out with your choice of cookie cutter. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm
Keeps in air tight container for 5 to 10 days in fridge.
