Jutta Tibe Kombian is a young enterprising Ghanaian. He was born in a rural village in the then Bunkprugu/Yunyoo District. He was born on 5th May, 1990.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from Wa Polytechnic and a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he pursued Bsc. Information Technology.

Currently, he works with the Local Government Service in the Northern Region.

In 2016, he was part of a few young persons across the country selected by YES-Ghana to attend a Youth-Led Research Training program at Koforidua in the Eastern Region. He is also a Sustainable Development Goals advocate and Facilitator trained by YES-Ghana.

Jutta contributed by conducting researches on youth related issues which further led in the drafting of the People’s National Youth Policy in 2017 where he was part of the Writing and Coordination Taskforce. The People’s National Youth Policy became an advocacy tool for youth policy action among youth groups across the country which finally triggered the review of the Ghana National Youth Policy.

In September, 2020, he was selected to be part of a survey team by Youth Empowerment Synergy Ghana under the project, “My Voice My Vote”. The project sought to amplify the voices of young people on topical development issues in the just ended 2020 elections.

Jutta is extremely passionate about development being sustainable, inclusive and promoting the rights of the marginalized in society. He relishes being part of project teams where diversity of ideas and opinions are welcomed.

He feels fulfilled when he is given the opportunity to contribute his bit in ensuring young people are equipped with the right skills to be part of decision-making processes at all levels. Outside of work he enjoys traveling to experience new cultures, and sightseeing.
