Sanny Alexa е родена под името Александра Николова Апостолова 25.01.1981 Пловдив, България. Израства в семейство на музикант. Баща ѝ Никола Апостолов е професионален музикант(живеещ в Швеция от 2000г.) работи дълги години по света в едни от най-добрите оркестри, които сам е създавал, за show dance места. Още от съвсем малка Sanny показва заложби и пее с баща си понякога, като основните нейни вдъхновители са Stevie Wonder, George Benson, Tata Vega, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey и много други соул изпълнители. както обикновено се случва Sanny Alexa поема пътя на баща си и от 18 годишна пее в show dance програми по света. Едва след 10 годишно патешествие тя решава да се върне в България, за да поеме пътя на солова кариера. Не след дълго тя записва и първия си single Always Remember по музика на Красимир Гюлмезов и текст на баща ѝ Никола Апостолов. Песента не стига веднага до широката публика в TV програма, но влиза в класацията на радио Хоризонт през месец Септември 2010. Във Фейсбук (Facebook) Sanny Alexa изключително добре е приета от множество музиканти и всякакви членове на Facebook. За повечето добронамерени музиканти Sanny Alexa е най-добрата певица в soul и R&B стил в България до този момент. Участва не малко радио предавания, където пускат и други нейни изпълнения на Hello (Lionel Richie), Dance with my father (Luther Vandross), You've got away (Shania Twain), но изпяти в нейн вариат в soul R&B стил. През 2011 година стига до финала на първия Х Фактор в България. Със своите изпълнения оставя незабравим спомен, и според музикалните експерти, Сани е трябвало да спечели този формат.
