Nikos Diamantis is a Greek theatrical director. He was born in Piraeus. He studied theatre in Thessaloniki at the Drama Art Review. He studied Physics at the University of Thessaloniki. In 1985 founded the Semio Theatre. He has directed more than hundred theater plays and presented contemporary writers, Greek and foreign, many of them for first time in Greece (Heiner Miller, Bernard Marie Coltes, Ludmilla Petrusevskaya, Kostas Katsoularis, Antonis and Kostantinos Koufalis) etc. Artistic Director at the Municipal Theatre of Piraeus until February 2020. He also teaches at the University of Athens, in the Department of Theatre Studies, from 2010 until today.
