"Tick ToC"

Breaking news: icons increased in width in a blatant attempt to garner more votes!
More kow-towing to the populus, with the addition of buffer space between the icons and the text.

Based on User:ClockworkSoul's Coffee Roll, the title puns on that and a plea to approve ('tick') my work based on class=toccolours.

I disliked the toccolours standard when I first saw it, but have grown to know and love its comforting fluffy blue theme.

Yep ... pretty much everything stolen from ClockworkSoul's efforts, but those paying close attention may notice a pair of words on VfD have been swapped.
