HABLIR (Hertfordshire And Buckinghamshire Light Railway) is a proposed Light Railway to be built in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, UK. It is modelled on the DLR in south east London. The project was previously known as the HBM (Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire Metro).

The line that ends at Bovingdon was originally intended to extend to Berkhamsted, where it would connect with National Rail services from there. There was also a branch line planned running from Chorleywood to both Flaunden and Sarrat. However, both plans have been abandoned, leaving the lines above.

Work is set to begin in 2012.
