Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory, 3rd Baronet (26 June 1806 – 23 August 1875), born Glynne Earle Welby, was a British land-owner and politician. A member of the landed gentry, Welby's male-line ancestors had been in possession of the manor of Denton in Lincolnshire since 1648 and his paternal grandfather was created a baronet in 1801. The family were active in politics, with Welby's father and grandfather representing Grantham in Parliament between 1807-20 and 1802-06 respectively. In 1828, he married a daughter of Sir Montague Cholmeley, a local land-owner and politician, and successfully contested the Grantham seat two years later.
