Arbanitis gracilis is a mid-sized species of armoured trapdoor spider in the family Idiopidae, and is endemic to Australia It was first described in New South Wales by William Joseph Rainbow & Robert Henry Pulleine in 1918.[1]
Arbanitis gracilis was transferred into the genus Dyarcyops by Barbra York Main in 1977, then to Misgolas by Graham Wishart in 2006, and back to Arbanitis by Micheal Gordon Rix and others.[2]
