Journal for Peace and Nuclear Disarmament (J-PAND) is a semi-annual peer-reviewed journal that was established in 2017[1]. It is an open access journal edited by Research Center for Nuclear Weapons Abolition, Nagasaki University (RECNA).
Scope
editThe journal covers what is related to nuclear disarmament, nuclear non-proliferation and arms control with a view to proposing a new framework for global nuclear governance to facilitate and sustain a world without nuclear weapons. Articles not only on nuclear weapons policy but also on nuclear energy are covered. The journal publishes both theory-oriented and policy-focused articles.
