     Nusayba Saaed Askar'

Nusayba Saeed Askar is a young Somalilander lady. She was born in Ceelafweyn in 1995. Nusayba grew up with her family , her father, and her mother. She always hated to live in Ceelafweyn because it was not a big town and did not have a good education. Nusayba always liked to stay with her parents and her siblings. She has twelve siblings that have different mothers. Nusayba always used to ask her parents to change her school , but her parents did not let her do that becuase they told her that she was young to change her environment. Nusayba took the Somaliland National Exam, so she got the highest grade in her town. Her teachers invited her to take the enterence exam which was held by two boarding schools, Abaarso Tech and SOS. Her parents did not have the choice to stop her from going so they let her go to Hargeisa and take the exam. She took the exam and became a member of Abaarso Tech Boarding School.

Nusayba moved to Abaarso Tech where she received a high quality of education. Nusayba did not like her first year of Abaarso becuase she was so young to adapt another environment where she had never seen before. 

Nusayba believed in Islam , so she is a very religious person and she started studying Quraan when she was very young. Her father used to live foreign countries, so when he came back he was impressed the fact that his little daughter started to learn Quraan.

Nusayba has fourteen sibling, most of them are YOUNGER than her. Nusayba also has aunts, uncles, cousins that she really loves. "My life without my family and my relatives will be boring and unsatisfied." Nusayba said. Early Life Nusayba grew up in Ceelafweyn. she really liked to travel a lot , so she has been many regions in Somaliland. The only region she has not been is Laas-anood region, but she is hoping to go there one day. Education Nusayba started her studying when she was six years old. she was always obsessed with learning. she used to listen to her older siblings while they were studying. Hopes Nusayba likes to be an obstetrician- gynecologist in the future. she thinks this is a great way to help women in Somaliland who always face this problem and actually many of them die for that. However, her goal is to improve this situation.

Senal Sarihan believed in human rights.She fought for human rights for many years, and she got arrested for about three years as a result. She believed that women can participate in politics.Her appointment with the Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz's Cabinet in June provoked some protests, but the campaign for her removal began in earnest after the publication of an interview she had with an Istanbul newspaper. During this interview, she was also asked if virginity testing is fine with her. She said, "that doesn't bother me, so i will do whatever our people do in terms of culture." She also said, "Educating children is the duty of the father and mother". In 1997, she has received the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Award in 1997 and is one of the human rights defenders at Speak Truth To Power ceremony.[1] [Senal_Sarihan]].
