Glamočko polje is a krastic field located in Canton 10, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is mostly used for grazing and potato planting.[1]
Geography
editGlamočko polje has an area of 62.43 km² and average height of 883 meters. It is located in drainage basin of Cetina and Pliva.[1]
History
editGlamočko polje was in the ancient times part of the Dalmatae tribe until it was conquered by the Romans. The field is a site of 34 Hillforts from the ancient period as well as 64 necropoleis and 674 stećci from the medieval era.[2]
