User:Oak lod

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Unlike many editors, I really joined Wikipedia just for fun. I had seen 1 or 2 errors before I joined, and eventually just decided I should get an account. I now spend MUCH more time on Wikipedia, and have ~100 edits. I am also interested in programming, and am extremely skilled in Python and working on my Batch, but I am already incredibly skilled in that as well. I also have a 100% understanding of BrainF**k, but I don't really think that one counts...

What is up with my user name?

[edit]

Kind of a short story. Basically, I was going through the process of getting my Wikipedia account set up, when I had an idea for a username. Then I got that oh so dreaded message, "Username taken". I tried at least 10 others, all taken. Eventually, I thought off an image I saw a while back of this guy who had been playing Minecraft and had accidently renamed a singular oak log to "oak lod", and with no other ideas, I decided on that. Well here I am now, the only reason the username "Oak log" can never be used on Wikipedia.
