Grinder was a Dutch rock band around the turn of the century. Highly apraised for it's use of Gibson instruments.

Especially the bass player Arno Roescher couldn't get enough of this brilliant brand of musical instruments. Acclaimed for their interpretations of great Dutch singer's songs like Jantje Koopmans and De Zangeres Zonder Naam and particularly BZN they made their fame in Friesland and Drenthe.

Serbian female singer Rosa Campãna was often called Spanish because of her surname but is rooted in Serbia.

Drummer Henk Vanlier (the grumpy one of the team) also was a great guitarist. His interpretation of "Mother, There Lies a Chicken in the Water" made him famous with the hardcore fans.

Theo Gerrits was eventually replaced by Koos Cornelissen (the man with the ultimate mix whereas rock bands are concerned) in 2003. Theo got into some solo projects with his greatest hit on local radio ever. His song "Ode aan Jan Smit".

Toon Weekers (the weird one as he was called) started from working at a mental hospital later being admitted to. Rumours go his love for Fenders didn't meet up with the rest of the band.
