Pooja Sahu was born in bilaspur Chhattisgarh. She was fond of acting and dancing since childhood. She is a trained Khattak dancer and national award winner in khattak, from her childhood She is active in dance modeling and fashion industry plays during college.After completing her studies, pooja came to Mumbai to pursue a career. She got her first break in Akhand Saubhagyawati Bhava on dd1 as 2nd lead Siddhartha nager and jaya Bhattacharya production, after that she workd In many serials, madhubla on colors channel , niyati on Sahara one , gustakh dil serial on life ok , pooja is well known for thapki pyaar ki serial as suman 2nd lead on color channel, winning colors golden petel Awards for Best comic Actress in (2016) for thapki pyaar ki serial etc.
