City Kvart is in the Municipality Podgorica in the country of Montenegro,making it a convenient place for both living and working. It is well-connected by major roads and public transportation, providing easy access to other parts of Podgorica.

History

City Kvart's development is a relatively recent phenomenon, beginning in the early 2000s. Before its transformation, the area was largely undeveloped, with some industrial zones and vacant land. The push for modern residential and commercial spaces in Podgorica led to the creation of City Kvart, with the goal of establishing a self-contained neighborhood that could meet the needs of its residents while also serving as a commercial and social hub.

The rapid development of City Kvart was part of a broader trend in Montenegro, especially in Podgorica, where urban expansion and modernization have been key focuses in the post-independence period. Currently,there are no official sports clubs or stadiums in City Kvart,however,the neighbourhood is organizing multiple sporting events.

There is a non-proffesional club called FC City Kvart ,it plays against other neighbours of Podgorica,but the club does not have any official recognition by the Football Association of Montenegro and does not participate in the league system of Montenegro.
