The After Hours

Formed in 2012, The After Hours are a festival band, combining electronica with funk, swing and balkan flavors, in a hybrid band format. Taking the UK Festival circuit by storm (Boomtown, Wilderness, Womad, Latitude, Beat Herder, Glastonbury) they have been shipped out to the continent both on tours and for high end function work (Party Like Gatsby - Copenhagen, Dublin, France,Spain).

While playing mostly their own original material, they pay homage to their various formative influences with covers of artists such as MR. Scruff, Parov Stellar, Beyonce, Britney Spear, Steely Dan etc. This has made them incredibly popular on the wedding and function circuits, while sticking true to their own sense of integrity as musicians and performers.

The artists' sister band, The After Hours Quintet, is an authentic trad- jazz outfit, recerating the sounds of the early 1900, conjuring the sights and sounds of 1920s Speakeasys, with a repertoire spanning from 1900 - 1940.

They also re-imagine modern pop classics, in a vintage style, as a means to stay relevant to modern audiences and flex their creative limbs.
