Joshua Gabriel Oluwaseyi

Joshua Gabriel Oluwaseyi (born November 19) is a twenty-two-year-old Nigerian climate activist, a Nigerian environmentalist, a communications professional, a storyteller, and the Founder of LEARNBLUE. He was appointed as the only African in the Teen Vogue 21 Under 21 Honoree class in Year 2021

Biography

Joshua was born in Benin-City, Nigeria, but resides in Lagos. There, he attended 4th Avenue Primary School and finished in second place at the preliminary round of the Lagos State Spelling Bee while studying sciences at FESTAC Grammar School. Joshua also represented his school in more than a dozen other competitions, such as debates and spelling bees.

He completed high school in 2018, took a year off to establish his charity, LEARNBLUE, and only recently started working towards a BSc in Statistics at the University of Benin in Nigeria, where he will be a member of the class of 2023.

Joshua is presently a full-time student at his institution, the executive director of his nonprofit organisation, and the Chief of Operations at Supersonic Finance LTD
