Overpace(오버페이스) is a private developer and manufacturer of orbital spaceflight and sub-orbital spaceflight launch vehicles located in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The company was formally established in 2023, but work began in 2022, initially with the launch of sounding rockets.
As of 2024[update], Overpace works with 4 people. It developed the Solid Motor based low altitude Sounding Rocket Faist v1.0 and OSR-I : Finale. As of 2024, the company also planned to develop a rocket that to be launched through Circular Motion.

The solid motor based Faist v1.0 is a partially reusable Sounding Rocket. Launched from LC-I in Osong, it can reach up to 500 ~ 700m. The first launch took place in July 2023.
