Welcome Real-time helps organizations to run real-time loyalty and marketing programs based on the behavior of their customers.
The software works directly on the POS terminal in correlation with payment cards. The loyalty platform runs secure data and services (retailer portal[1]) for both the merchant and the cardholder end-user.
History
editIn 1996, Welcome Real-time was founded by Aneace Haddad and High Co Society in order to develop marketing solutions for payment cards. Later, in 2001, the Company acquired Axiomatic in Singapore that became a 100% Welcome Real-time affiliate. In the development phase of 2005, the company opened new offices in São Paulo. In 2006, Welcome started to expand with new clients in Brazil[2].
The Company began to distribute its solution in Russia[3], Singapore, and Indonesia in 2009.
Welcome Real-time developed a Loyalty consulting activity in 2011[4].
In the following year, a second evolution occurred with new service-oriented, separating services dedicated to the acquirers and the issuers. The company also entered the Icelandic market[5]. In 2013, Welcome Real-time partnered with a Marketing operator to distribute its solutions to retailers across Australia[6].
