Benoit SANON’S biography
Benoit SANON was born in the Valley of Jacmel Haiti on July 11, 1977. He is the sixth child of a large Catholic family of ten children. His mother was a big food trader and his father was a big farmer.

After his primary school in 1990, he went to St. Louis College for secondary studies.
A year later, the country was going through chaotic situations politically speaking, and his father Jean Isonne SANON who was already under political persecution under the dictatorial regime of Jean-Claude Duvalier, had to leave the country to take refuge in Dominican Republic.
