Born in a Middle Class Family of Backward Maharashtra to Dr.Kishan Motiram Chavan (Father) and Kiran Kishan Chavan (Mother) Dr.Niraj Kumar is Grown up both Moderate and Traditional Values.

Being a Child Dr. Niraj Kumar Chavan always followed the Step of His Father and Admired his Father Profession of Being a Doctor. This Motivated him to Start his Journey towards his Career.
Dr. Niraj Kumar has Completed his Schooling from Little Star High School, An English Medium School from Adilabad, Andhra Pradesh ( Now Telangana) and Later Moved to Hyderabad for his Intermediate Education.
Dr. Niraj Kumar took Science as his Subject During his Intermediate Education and Completed his Higher Secondary Education from Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Boys Residential Academy, Hyderabad.
