Katrin Frauchiger , born 1967, is a Swiss singer and composer. Classically trained, she has specialized in contemporary music and has premiered many compositions by contemporary composers, many of which were writen specifically for her. She has also composed since early age and has written works for a variety of ensembles from solo to chamber orchestra. She also teaches voice at HSLU Lucerne.
