My Wikipedia interests
If I were to work on content on Wikipedia for the long term I would probably talk about important things that are going on in the world either right now or at the moment that I would start using Wikipedia. I would just say what I know about and maybe get things out of other websites. As A volunteer I would Probably correct articles that are incorrect. I would like to accomplish as a volunteer to edit articles but also make them. I don't really know yet what I would post about or talk about or correct articles in since I don't really think I know a lot either. I know I've gotten information off Wikipedia which has been accurate and my goal would be to make sure everyone else is also getting accurate information.
Thank you for visiting my user page !
I visited the Gold Bar, WA article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on the history, climate/Geography, and Demographics. The article is up to date till 2020 and it had reliable sources and they are all cited. The article does have good information on everything in Gold Bar it is a very small town so there isn't much about it but the information the article contains was good and interesting. The article was well written on all parts and didn't give much irrelevant information.
I enjoyed reading about the census and the history of Gold Bar, WA. I feel like there could be a little more information about the Geography because there wasn't much information on that section. Something that might have been over represented is demographics it does talk a lot about the census in 2000 but it's interesting as well but there is some parts that could have been avoided. It did have some really good information and the sources are cited as much as they can. In the history part of the article it gave good information with good grammar and didn't give any irrelevant information on that part of the article.
When it talked about the climate and Geography it didn't give much information. They were both very short parts of the article but it did still give good information. It gave a good explaining of the climate in Gold Bar because it can be confusing if it's going to be cold or hot or a cloudy day. I feel like the Geography part maybe could of contained more information but it did give a good couple sentences with some good information. I liked how it gave links to explain some things that people might not know what they mean and all the links are still reliable.
The Demographics was the part of this article with the most information. It explained everything well but it did talk a lot about the census in 2000. The history didn't have as much information but it was also interesting and everything was well written about it. I feel like people could come to this article and learn some stuff even people who have lived here for years. Everything I read made sense to me and I understood it. It wasn't confusing and the page is well organized and it has good grammar. It is a small town but it has a lot of history and has a lot to talk about even though it's small.
I enjoyed visiting the Gold Bar, WA article. Every part had good information and there is some irreverent sentences here and there but it could be useful information for everyone. some of the citations are up to date till 2020 and none of the citations are dead. I've clicked on them and they were still open and showed information. I liked the information it gave because even though I've lived here for awhile I was still able to learn something and it was reliable information on each part.
