CZR, real name Cesar Hernandez, is a house music producer and DJ from Chicago. He started producing in the early 90s, with the track Dance To The Drummer's Beat. The success of this release lead to the creation of the Jazz For That Azz EP in 1994, for label His own imprint Grifa Records. CZR also created the DJ collective Hispanic Syndicate Empire.

His best known tracks are the collaborations with vocalist Darryl Pandy, Do You Want My Love? for Moody Recordings and Bad Enough for Erick Morillo's Subliminal Records, and the house music anthem I Want You featuring vocals by Delano.
