Arch of Healing and Reconciliation
A 12-foot high, red granite arch was erected and dedicated in Bellingham, Washington in 2018 to honor the Asian immigrants who were expelled from the region on three occasions: Chinese in 1885, East Indians in 1907, and Japanese in 1942.[1] The installation ceremony was held on April 21, 2018 outside the Bellingham City Hall, across from the monument.[2]
