editIn the 1960s and 1970s, Taymor Canada Ltd. sold binoculars imported from Japan under the name Kurt Muller or Kurt Muller Optica.[1] Although the company has moved on to other products, many of these binoculars still exist on the second-hand market.

editTaymor is a Canadian company.[2] Taymor was founded by Jake Zalkowitz in 1948. Their current products include deadbolts and locksets, faucets, shower caddys, bathtub hardware, and door knockers .[3]
