Víctor Andrés Marroquín-Merino Torres (born 1 November 1988) is a Peruvian journalist, political consultant, historian, and actor.
As a journalist, Marroquín serves as executive editor for Diario El Gobierno.[1] He is also a founding member of the political consultancy firm Apex Perú Political Consulting.
