Peter Hill has been a motoring journalist since 1970. He started as a freelance journalist in New Zealand. As well as covering motor sport Peter did new car road tests and had a monthly column in the country’s largest selling motor magazine, NZ Hot Rod. He wrote for all New Zealand's major motoring publications. After returning to Australia in 1979 Peter continued to write for NZ magazines covering Australian events as well as specialising in Historic Racing and contributing to a number of small Australian publications plus penning a regular column for the USA historic racing magazine, Victory Lane.
He was the editor of Lotus & Clubman Notes (Aust) for five years.
Peter also writes fiction and has had short stories published in New Writing; Short and Twisted; 21D; and Untitled.
He has an MBA and a Certificate of Professional Writing and Editing. He is a Board Member & Secretary of Writers Victoria, Australia's largest writing community.
Peter has also had a number of Information Technology technical books published.
Peter has done minor editing on Wikipedia pages of motorsport topics.
