RFCU clerk

edit

Since you're already pretty much a de facto clerk at RFCU, I've discussed the matter with Daniel and decided to go ahead and make you official. If you'd be so kind as to get with him and fill out whatever "paperwork" he has for new clerks, I'd appreciate it. Welcomeaboard. Essjay (Talk) 06:08, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

I'd happily accept my commission, or whatever it is you call it - clerkship I suppose? :) Thank you both for your votes of confidence, I appreciate it greatly, and will endeavor to do my best over there. ✎ Peter M Dodge ( Talk to MeNeutrality Project ) 14:26, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

A bowl of homemade chicken soup. Because it is simple to prepare, relatively cheap, nutritious, and easy on the digestive system, chicken soup is a good food for winter convalescents.

A hot bowl of virtual chicken soup, just for you. :-) Wishing you an easy recovery, --unforgettableid 07:25, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

P.S. Let's talk again closer to the summer about that road trip idea you mentioned. Email is the most reliable way of contacting me. I'm unforgettableid at gmail dot com. I'm also sometimes on freenode as unfo.

Thank you kindly. ✎ Peter M Dodge aka "Wiz" (Talk to Me) (Support Neutrality) 18:52, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

I hope you are not feeling too badly about the death that you mentioned on your userpage. If there is anything I can do to help, just say it and I will try my best.--CJ King 19:26, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

I wanted to give you your first barnstar but alas Eagle beat me to it, never mind, here's another one for your collection. Kind Regards - Heligoland | Talk | Contribs 20:16, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Enjoy this ray of utterly neutral sunshine. NinaEliza 01:56, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi Dragon,

I forgot to send you a "plate of cookies" last night for your help in "the affair". Since you came in completely on your own to assist, I wanted to give you something different and special. Thatcher made it, and I like it very much. Should you be so inclined, go to the Kindness Campaign under "personal user awards and read about it. Sincerely, NinaEliza 01:56, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

You've deserved it for a while, but I think it's time

edit

I've been putting this off because I think that tons of awards at once make them less special... but you deserve it, no more stalling :-)

The da Vinci Barnstar

For your tireless contributions in the technical field of bot building, your wonderful work regarding Mediation and Arbitration, and all the astounding things you accomplish behind the scenes (that don't show up in contributions lists or edit counts), I hereby award you the da Vinci Barnstar.

You never cease to amaze me, Wiz! With the numerous projects you have going and the number of people you are helping, both on- and off- wiki, you are truly an inspiration to we lesser mortals, who would be swiftly overwhelmed by such ambitions. Your work touches many, and is appreciated to no small extent; may you fare well in all projects, current and future.

You deserve this and more, but for now this will have to do ^_^ — Editor at Large(speak) 18:52, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

Kind words

Hey. I've never really interacted with you before, (except for earlier today, and still, I only know you through Editor at Large, and she's very concerned about you, I believe). Hang in there, and have a really nice Christmas, hopefully, you'll feel a lot better soon.

Best wishes, Will (Because you're filthy, ooh, and I'm gorgeous) Merry Christmas! 22:51, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

Hang in there

Sorry, guy, but there really isn't one for the Neutrality Project yet, and it isn't likely that you, as a person interested in neutrality, would be the kind to give yourself one anyway. That meant that someone else had to, and I nominated myself. Badbilltucker 21:25, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Also, I regret to say that I don't have any idea what you're going through right now, so I won't lie and say I do. All I can say is that I know that wikipedia would be a much worse place without someone who has displayed the initiative, sense and concern that you have displayed, as would the lives of those who you deal with in the "real world", and that all the rest of us would be much worse off if you were to take any sort of decisive action now, like leaving wikipedia, for "other reasons." But, if you feel the need to take some time away, for what are very good reasons, I would be willing to try to take up some of your work, if I had your word that you would return when you felt better able to continue yourself. What you do here is very important to the rest of us, and I for one know that someone has to do it, and that, out of everyone here, you are probably the person best qualified to do it. I could throw out any number of old chestnut sayings here, but you have no doubt already heard them all already from people you know better than me. But, if there ever is anything that I can do to help you through this time, just say it. Badbilltucker 21:25, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
