How I got into Video Editing and why its cool!

It was around middle school when I use to watch a lot of Youtube. Youtube just had so much to offer at the time it felt like I could spend days on the site. At that time, I wanted to do what they did so badly. With that being said, I didn't know how to do it at all. So I did my research and found out, to make a good video, I had to edit it. So by reaching even more I found out how to get a video editing software and I got to work on some recording I had.

4-5 years have past but I have still been working on my video editing skills. And although I don’t ont have the youtube channel that I use to upload my projects to anymore, I can still use it for a bunch of different things! I could be a freelance editor, which means someone will hire me for a small project that could be a music video or someones wedding video. If I wanted to get a job in the video editing field I could go and edit advertisements for big company's or even movies!

So the moral of the story is to appreciate video editing, because you see it everywhere you go, from movies to the music videos you enjoy, there was someone behind the scenes making sure it was just right for viewing!
