Ugo Peters was born on the 3rd of Febuary in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from a family that values education and entrepreneurship, which instilled in him the passion to succeed. Peters holds a degree in Soil Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria, after which he developed a strong interest in business. Additionally, He obtained a Business Development Service Provider Accreditation from the Kaduna Business School and holds an Advanced Diploma in Start-up Administration and Management from the Tekedia Institute. After which he became a faculty member of the institute where he teaches Real Estate Technology Adoption. Recognizing the need for a strong foundation, he participated in the "Aspiring Entrepreneurs Digital Programme" (AEP 62) offered by the Fate Foundation, sponsored by Facebook. This competitive program, with over 5,000 applicants, selected only 40 entrepreneurs, including himself. His dedication was further underscored by a successful essay on a business concept and an oral interview that secured the scholarship. His performance at the Founders Institute further validates his entrepreneurial drive, where he graduated as the 3rd Best student in the Abuja Cohort 3 (HX Africa).

His career began with a focus on social good. He served as Secretary for SKY Foundation, an NGO dedicated to HIV/AIDS advocacy and student mentorship (2005-2007). During this time, He organized outreach programs and a theme concert to raise awareness for important causes. In 2006, He established LEVERAMS NIG LTD, a company trading in petroleum products, forex, and general contracts. While the financial downturn of 2008 presented challenges, He implemented a repayment plan to fulfill obligations to investors. He also explored exportation prospects, including charcoal, though these pursuits were ultimately tabled.

Following His entrepreneurial endeavors, He transitioned into project management by serving as a program facilitator for UNICEF's Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) program, engaging rural communities in Osun State (2010-2011). He further honed His project management skills at CAPPA & D'ALBERTO PLC where his passion for real estate started, working on projects for ExxonMobil and UBA PLC (2013-2017).   • Content Creation and Digital Marketing: He spearheaded the development of engaging content for the company's social media presence and websites.
