I'm interested in how to get more new editors to become long-term contributors. Since I joined wikipedia I've seen a lot of discussion on this, but surprisingly little of it is based on empirical evidence. The New Editor Library aims to be a collection of research, essays and comments about the experiences of new editors in wikipedia. If you can think of any that should be included, I welcome suggestions. If you're a new editor yourself, I'm interested to hear your experiences.
