About me

edit

image of a real Pinay

I have been given the name from the Filipino translation of my country of origin. I go by the nickname Pinay which is also the colloquial for female Filipinos from the far east. I have been all over the country and abroad. But I come from this beautiful and pristine island province in central Philippines, whose rich, unique, and abundant natural resources are incomparable.

My areas of interests in Wikipedia are diverse. But the central unifying theme is about Bohol, its people and beyond.

This is also me.

  The Tireless Contributor Barnstar Award
For your prodigous output, considering that you have contributed so much articles in so short a time. For your willingness to learn and to improve as a Wikipedian. And also for your willingness to collaborate in the true spirit of community for which Wikipedia was founded. This one's for you =D --- Tito Pao 06:31, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

  The Philippine Barnstar
I award you this Philippine Barnstar for your incredible efforts both on and off-wiki contributing to Wikipedia's Philippine-related articles. SWAdair | Talk 07:43, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

  The Original Barnstar
Surprisingly there wasn't a special Collaborator Barnstar for people like you who round up people and try to get them to work together on certain articles. You go the extra step by scheduling chats - a daunting task because of people's different schedules. That's what I like to see, even though it's difficult for me to join in. heh heh. ;-) Keep up the great work! Chris S. 23:16, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

  The Philippine Barnstar
I award you this exceptional antique barnstar from Andres Bonifacio's shed for getting Eskaya to GA status and improving plenty of Philippine-related articles. Berserkerz Crit 12:20, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
