editDeCosta's book, Ascend, talks about his insights and perspective on personal and professional performance based on his experience as an Executive Coach.[2][3] Ascend was published by CreateSpace On March 6, 2014 on both Kindle and Paperback formats.[4]
Ascend was featured in Money Matters Radio Show by WBNW (AM) aired on July 11, 2014.[5] Radio Co-host Stacey Alcorn, writer for The Huffington Post[6] and hosts The Road Map to Wealth Radio show across the country on WBZ (AM) once a month on Saturday nights.[7][8] commended DeCosta for the book honored Ascend as A Must-Read for Entrepreneurs.[9]
