Susan Suntree is an American poet, novelist, essayist and founder of Friends of 11th Street Coalition. Group responsible for the creation of the 11th Street Bungalow Historic District in Santa Monica, California.

Biography
Suntree was born in Los Angeles, California in 1946. She attended the University of Arizona, Tucson, U.S., for her English Bachelor of Arts degree, and the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK, for her Master's in English and American Literature. Suntree's teaching career in California expanded through decades
