Between Pictures is a 1987 novel by American director and author Jayne Loader, originally published by Grove Press.
Plot summary
editAnna Kate Porter O’Shea is a screenwriter and film producer. She was born and brought-up in X, Texas and now lives in New York City, USA. She and her partner (and ex-lover) have made a number of successful films together and the book describes Anna Kate’s life between her last picture and the next.
The primary setting is amongst the 1980’s Yuppie era Manhattan Meatpacking District, and moves to Cannes, X, Texas and Y, Ohio.
