Bleeding Like Mine is a darkwave band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. The foundation of the band is multi-instrumentalist Curt Emmer, who along with his wife Holly Emmer, vocalists Hugues Dammarie and Iam Wickramasekera, and other guest musicians, create somber, emotional music in the realm of gothic or dark ambient genres.

Bleeding Like Mine first appeared on the Projekt label release "Of These Reminders" in 1994. 2 songs appear on the compilation, "Into the Garden" and "Seireenien Lumoama", the second of which also featured Sam Rosenthal of Black Tape for a Blue Girl. After a series of compilation appearances, Bleeding Like Mine released their first album "In the eyes of lovelost" on the Italian label Palace of Worms Records, in 1997. In 2001, their second release "Never again will I dream", along with a re-issue of their first release, appeared again from Palace of Worms Records. Bleeding Like Mine's site has teased of a third release since 2008, even so much as featuring tracks from the mystery album, but to date no release has been officially announced.
