I love education. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is my role model. Being a socialite made me a teacher. Because staying in this profession can bring you closer to people. That's what it feels like. I was interested in writing. Therefore, some of the dangerous norms in the society were hindering the progress of the people in the rural areas. Why the norms have increased. The main reason is lack of education. So I decided to become a teacher. Therefore B. A. B. Ed done. I joined Aathgaon Vidyamandir kon, Bhiwandi as a teacher.I did D.S.M. (Diploma in School Management) to update education. I also completed M. A in Education subject . Then I became NET in Marathi. Yet somewhere we fall short in spreading knowledge so we learned drama. And I started using drama while experimenting in education. I started teaching a lot of lessons using drama. My school will learn ... I put a play by writer and playwright Premanand Gajvi in ​​the classroom. They were shown in the form of street plays from village to village.Later, many plays were staged with educational objectives in mind. The play 'Savitri' was notable in the Rajya Natya competition. Also, Baat is a children's play on the life of Fatima Sheikh and Savitribai Phule (teacher). In recognition of my work, I was awarded an Honorary Doctorate (Ph.D) by Global Peace University in 2020.
