editMirna Makhoul (Arabic: ميرنا مخول ) is a Lebanese Journalist, news anchor and correspondent. She is based in Washington, DC and works for Al-Hurra TV News channel. Mirna covers the latest news of the US Capitol Washington, including the Congress and the White House.
Before moving to the United States of America, Mirna worked as news anchor ,TV presenter and show host in Beirut, Lebanon. She also interviewed high-profile guests and covered major political events. In addition to her work on television, she wrote feature, social and political articles and conducted several interviews with prominent personalities such as deputy Cetrida Geagea, martyr deputy Pierre Amine Gemayel among many others, in various outlets in Lebanon.
Mirna was born in Al Achrafieh, Beirut. She graduated from the Lebanese University with Bachelor degree in Communication\Broadcast Journalism.
