Notes:

Image: and File: may be used interchangeably.
Placement can be specified as left or center. Leave this out and the default placement will be on the right.
The default width is 220 pixels, but this can be changed by specifying a width (e.g., 400px) or a height (e.g., x60px). If both parameters are included (e.g., 400x60px), the image will be sized to whichever is smaller.
