Larissa Dutra is a business woman (April 22, 1989)
Larissa completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She proudly
served her nation as a member of the United States Army National Guard, assigned
to duty as a Financial Management Technician. She currently serves as a Director
of Operations for La Rosa Realty CW Properties and Commercial Real Estate
Broker/Principal for Capital Stack Real Estate Group, having previously worked as
Residential Realtor
, Transaction Coordinator, and Executive Assistant for other real
estate firms. She also founded and managed multiple businesses, which gives her
the ability to understand the “pros and cons” of leasing and buying commercial
space. Prior to starting the re
al estate career, Larissa has spent a few years
investing in real estate properties and has acquired extensive knowledge, which
allowed her to maximize profits in all investment opportunities. At this time, she is
currently pursuing advance real estate and
financing licenses. She currently holds
multiple licenses in Real Estate and Community Association Management and
fluency in multiple foreign languages including Portuguese and Spanish, all of
which will contribute to her greater understanding of the busi
