This infobox should be used in the article for any character other than the Baby-sitters Club members.

Usage

To use this infobox, copy and paste the template below into the top of the article, and fill in the parameters as appropriate. More detailed information about how to fill in each of the parameters is included below.

It's fine to leave parameters blank, but please don't delete blank parameters from the article unless you're sure they don't apply. For example, Karen Brewer is never going to have children, so that parameter could be deleted in her article.

Parameters

Parameter	Explanation
image	Insert image name. (Infobox images should be from book covers if possible.) Use only the file name such as abc.jpg, xyz.png, 123.gif, etc. Do not use syntax such as [[Image:abc.jpg]] or [[Image:abc.jpg|200px]]
imagesize	Leave this blank in most cases.
caption	Insert a caption that states where the image came from (what book).
fullname	Insert the full name of the character, or as much of the full name as is revealed in the series.
relationshiptobsc	Insert the relationship of this character to the club (for example, "Classmate" or "Jessi's ballet teacher").
age	Insert the character's age; if they age during the series, give both ages with a slash (for example, "12/13").
birthday	Insert the character's birthday.
appearsin	Insert the number(s) for the book or books that the character appears in; separate multiple numbers by comma (for example, "13, 48, 57"). For a rarely seen character, you can include any mention; for characters that are often mentioned in a trivial sense but occasionally play significant roles (such as BSC family members), list their bigger appearances. As a rule of thumb, consider the question, "If I were interested in this character, which books would I want to look at?" For major characters, like Myriah Perkins, you can just write "Many books."
dies	If the character dies during any book, insert the book number here (for example, "in 27"). If the character is already dead when they first appear, such as Alma Spier, insert "pre-series" or "pre-appearance" or similar. Anything inserted here will cause the infobox title to turn gray; leave this blank if the character is not dead.
occupation	Insert the character's occupation or occupations. Separate multiple entries with a line break (<br />).
employer	Insert the company or person that the character works for.
school	Insert the school that the character attends. Stoneybrook Middle School can be abbreviated as SMS; Stoneybrook High School can be abbreviated as SHS.
grade	Insert the character's grade level in school.
spouse	Insert the name or names of any people to whom the character is married, or ever has been married. The latest spouse should be listed at the top; spouses should be separated by line breaks (<br />). If listing more than one spouse, or if the character is no longer married, include a clarification in parentheses after the spouse's name, such as "(divorced)", "(widowed)", or "(present)".
dates	Insert the name or names of any people that the character regularly dates at any point in the series. Separate multiple names with a line break (<br />).
children	Insert the names of the character's children, if applicable. Separate multiple names with a line break (<br />).
parents	Insert the names of the character's parents. Separate multiple names with a line break (<br />).
traits	Briefly list any key personality traits that define the character. Separate multiple entries with a line break (<br />).
ontv	Insert the name of the actor who portrays this character in the Baby-Sitters Club TV show.
infilm	Insert the name of the actor who portrays this character in the Baby-Sitters Club film.
