AniMatsuri is a minor annual anime convention in Estonia.
History
editThe festival was first held in 2007 under the name Mini Animefest. Since 2008 it has been named AniMatsuri and held annually in Tartu. Due to rapidly increasing attendance the festival moved into a larger venue in 2009[2] and became a two-day event held in two languages - English in addition to Estonian. In 2010 the festival was held in the Athena Culture Centre and in 2011 in the Dorpat Conference Centre, due to increasing number of attendees.
