Welcome & Introduction
[edit]Hello, world! Contributing to Wikipedia has been a longstanding goal of mine dating all the way back to 2012, when I initially registered this account with the intention of becoming an editor. Now, many years later in 2026, I am taking steps to make that goal a reality.
I was inspired to finally give editing a proper try for many reasons, some personal and some practical, but above all else I wanted to give back to the resource that has given me a jumpstart on countless projects and provided me with many hours of entertainment.
Priorities
[edit]I initially hope to contribute to maintenance and fix-up tasks, but I am also interested in writing articles. Ideally I would also like support broader community needs such as contributing data visualizations and other types of media to the Wikimedia Commons. I plan to eventually contribute to a variety of topic-specific wikiprojects and will add them to this page as I become more active in each project. Thanks for reading. :)
