Kruciial Kreatiionz dance team is an American hip-hop dance crew, best known for background dancing for artists like Mary Mary in 2014, opening for artists like king Louis in 2012 and performing live in many other instances. Established in 1981 by [2]Ivan Michael Woodard in Terre Haute Indiana, the team has undergone many changes since the 80s. What begun as a host for parties on campus grew into a organized dance crew people could participate in outside of school. This style focuses on the lyrical match up of their choreography to the music. Most of the dances are made by the dancers themselves. The alum has gone on to dance for the lovabulls, become choreographers, dancers, actors, college graduates, military members and much more. Their expression is progressive.

Originally disco enterprise, the organization has gone through multiple generations. After abbreviating the name to D.E Posse the team had undergone another generational name change in Xtreme. After Xtreme, SNAP emerged. Finally, in 2007 the team acted as background dancers for a rapper named tension who was performing at 106 and park resulting in the current generational name change of Kruciial Kreatiionz.

The team has participated in parades to include the circle city classic, Randall days parades The team has participated in parades to include the local [3][4]Independence Day parade in Gary, circle city classic in Indianapolis, Rondo days parade in Minneapolis, opening for acts like Tink, Future even Mannish Mania. They regularly host talent shows for the locals, fundraisers for their endeavors. A local politician by the name of [5]Dr. Vernon G. Smith has provided answers from his African-American youth corporation. Additionally he is the owner of the [6]Glen Theatre in Gary, Indiana where this group has performed on multiple occasions.
