The 2016 CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifying Group B was one of the six groups to decide which teams would qualify for the 2016 CONCACAF Gold Cup finals tournament. Group B consisted of seven teams: Mexico, Aruba, El Salvador, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Puerto Rico, Nicaragua and Turks and Caicos Islands, and British Virgin Islands, where they played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. There were 14 match days and each team got two bye days due to the odd number of teams.

The top two teams would qualify directly for the finals. The third-placed team entered the play-offs for another chance to qualify.
