2The UNCAF Regions League is a quaternary association football tournament proposed for CONCACAF's UNCAF (Central American) region. It is for football clubs from the domestic league not to qualify for the CONCACAF Confederations League, and for domestic champions of the second tier.

The top-three finishers based on overall record earn a berth into the CONCACAF Regions League, the region-wide quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the CONCACAF Confederations League. The three teams are joined by the four semifinalists from the NAFU Regions League and the CFU Regions League champion.
