Viknesh Rajandran is a Malaysian millionaire businessman. He founded VR Engineering & Constructions Bhd, Malaysia's largest conglomerate, with interests in construction, utilities, hotels, property development and technology. VR Engineering is an engineering, property and infrastructure company based Malaysia. It is one of the largest Malaysian infrastructure companies and has undertaken various projects, both locally and overseas, like the construction of Klang Valley MRT lines, highways, airport runways, railways, tunnels, water treatment plants, dams, infrastructure concessions and the development of new townships.

Early Life

Viknesh Rajandran was the third eldest child in his family. He completed his secondary school education at SJKT Mealaka Kubu, Malaysia.He matriculated to sunway university and graduated with a degree in civil engineering.

Career

He worked very briefly with Ireka Engineering as a Supervisor, subsequently becoming the Project Engineer. Viknesh was admitted as Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Engineers. In September 2017, Viknesh purchased VR Engineering and became its chief executive.
