Contact Centre Cymru is a bilingual Contact Centre, based in Penrhyndeudraeth, North Wales. Sponsored by the Welsh Government, they provide a Contact Centre service to a range of businesses across Wales and the UK, including Traveline Cymru, Bwcabus, First Cymru, Severn Trent Water, National Rail Enquiries and Arriva Trains Wales.
Customers are able to call Contact Centre Cymru on 0300 200 22 33 to find information they need to make their public transport journeys, or for help on transport queries they may have. Contact Centre Cymru deliver a range of services, including:
- Customer service to the public
- Lost property enquiries
- Complaint handling
- Social media handling
- Booking enquiries
Contact Centre Cymru are open 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week and are open all year round with the exception of Christmas Day.
Contact Centre Cymru have been in operation since 2005. In 2012, the Contact Centre started to exploit its bilingual expertise by offering similar Welsh Language services to different transport organisations and now operates several commercial contracts.
